PB Series Filters, 420 bar

Pressure line fi lters are an essential part in most hydraulic systems. When the hydraulic components are sophisticated, with close tolerances and a regulation function (not simply that of control) the use of fi lters in the pressure lines is a must. These filters take care of system components, ensuring the recommended cleanliness levels. Filter elements are manufactured from glass fibre and cellulose media. Working Temperature: -25°C to +110°C Maximum Working Pressure: 420 bar Clogging indicators give an exact indication of the proper time to replace the fi lter element. Materials: • Cast iron head • Steel bowl • Steel bypass valve • NBR nitrile seals (FKM fl uoroelastomer on request) • Brass indicator housing Pressures: (ISO 10771-1:2002) • Maximum working: 42 MPa (420 bar) • Test: 62 MPa (620 bar) • Bursting: 126 MPa (1.260 bar) • Collapse differential for the fi lter element (ISO 2941): · Series standard 2 MPa (20 bar) · Series H+ 21 MPa (210 bar)
