The two-year sponsorship deal will see the Pirtek logo appear on the playing and training shorts along with the collar of the senior playing jersey from the beginning of the 2015/16 season.
The deal will be a first for Pirtek here in Ireland who have had a long standing relationship with British Motorsport and sponsor of 2013 BTCC champion Andrew Jordan.
Connacht Rugby Head Coach Pat Lam and players Nathan White, Dave McSharry and Jake Heenan were on hand at the Sportsground last week to launch the partnership with Mark Wilton, Pirtek Europe Chief Operating Officer and members of the Pirtek franchise in Ireland.
Speaking about this new partnership Mark Wilton, Chief Operating Officer said: “We are very excited about our new partnership with Connacht Rugby and can’t wait for the new season to start.
