Current Vacancies - Relationship Manager

Job Details

Reports To: Franchisee/ Centre Manager

Hours: 10:00am- 2.00pm Monday- Friday (4hours can be flexible)

Job Purpose Summary

To provide customer relationship support to all the Franchisee/Centre Manager across the UK and Ireland. To maintain and manage a database on customer information of prospective new clients and current clients together with general administrative duties to manage and analyse customer interactions and historical data, with the goal of improving business relationship with customers and assisting customer retention.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Daily Telephone calls to potential new clients and existing list of clients to build a pipeline of prospective business
  • Maintain CRM database. Updating information on new and existing clients tracking, recording and storing customer information on customers. Data to be accurate and up to date maintaining contact information, leads request and historical record of all conversations and communications. Excellent grasp of all Microsoft Office software required. Training will be provided for any other systems.
  • Report generation providing timely, accurate and ongoing management of customer accounts, including analysis and key performance indicators on customers to give the centre information on where to focus their marketing and customer service.
  • Maintain weekly monitoring on social media sites like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to track and communicate with customers sharing their opinions and experiences with a company, products and services.
  • Ad-hoc assistance to Centre Administration team

Person Specification

  • Personality

Must be motivated, positive and focused on providing a reliable and consistent service at all times. The ideal candidate will be organized, thorough and an excellent time manager. Training will be provided and the candidate should be willing to embrace new opportunities for development.

  • Specific Job Skills

The candidate should have good interpersonal skills as well as excellent customer facing manner

  • Computer Literacy

Required to have experience in using MS Office 2003 or later. In particular, they should be able to use Outlook, Word and Excel to a good level. Training on new  systems will be provided.

  • Communication Skills

The individual should have excellent communication skills as they will be the central contact for new and existing business. Excellent grasp of written and spoken English required.
