Job Purpose Summary

To provide customer relationship support to all the Franchisee/Centre Manager across the UK and Ireland. To maintain and manage a database on customer information of prospective new clients and current clients together with general administrative duties to manage and analyse customer interactions and historical data, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers and assisting in customer retention.

Main Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Daily telephone calls to potential new clients and existing list of clients to build a pipeline of prospective business
  • Maintain CRM database. Updating information on new and existing clients tracking, recording and storing customer information on customers. Data to be accurate and up to date maintaining contact information, leads, request and historical record of all conversations and communications. Excellent grasp of all Microsoft  Office software required. Training will be provided for any other systems
  • Report generation providing timely, accurate and ongoing management of customer accounts, including analysis and key performance indicators on customers to give the centre information on where to focus their marketing and customer service.
  • Maintain weekly monitoring on social media sites like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook to track and communicate with customers sharing their opinions and experiences with a company, products and service
  • Ad- hoc assistance to Centre Administration team.
