Pirtek Belfast on hand for NVD at the WRC Ireland

The penultimate round of the World Rally Championship took place in November. Pirtek Belfast provided support to leading Irish logistics solutions provider NVD (National Vehicle Distribution) during the stages at Belfast City and Stormont.  Pirtek have worked with NVD over a number of years in Ireland, the UK and Europe.  NVD’s local centre is Pirtek Waterford who carry out repairs in their workshops as well as dealing with transporter breakdowns.

Pirtek UK (Ltd) raffles up a thousand pounds to the Lighthouse Club

Pirtek UK Ltd sponsors drivers Mike and Andrew Jordan who race for Team Eurotech in the BTCC. Throughout 2007, Pirtek ran raffle competitions at each round of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).  Over the year, Pirtek’s VIP guests raised over one thousand pounds trying to win one of Team Eurotech’s exclusive jackets.

Pirtek Centre Managers Conference Focuses on service

Held on the weekend of the 12th and 13th October, Pirtek's annual Centre Managers' conference reached an unexpected climax.  Over 120 people attended the conference at Hellidon Lakes, Daventry, from Pirtek centres all over the UK & Ireland and from Pirtek UK's office in Acton.Paul Dunlop, Pirtek's Sales Director: "Pirtek's Centre Managers embody the service ethic that is at the heart of our organisation.  Our centres enjoy a wide ranging role, ensuring that staff are deployed effectively from our Pirtek centres and vans are fully stocked, and, most importantly, that the customers enjoy value for money".

Pirtek runners raise 9K

For most people, the thought of running over 26 miles on a hot Sunday is not an attractive proposition.  Not for the team of intrepid athletes from Pirtek UK who put in months of training to make sure they crossed the line.  Led by newly appointed Sales Director Paul Dunlop, the team raised more than £9,000 for Arthritic Care UK, Prostrate Cancer UK and Christies Hospital.
