Pirtek Centre Managers Conference Focuses on service
Held on the weekend of the 12th and 13th October, Pirtek's annual Centre Managers' conference reached an unexpected climax. Over 120 people attended the conference at Hellidon Lakes, Daventry, from Pirtek centres all over the UK & Ireland and from Pirtek UK's office in Acton.

Our centres enjoy a wide ranging role, ensuring that staff are deployed effectively from our Pirtek centres and vans are fully stocked, and, most importantly, that the customers enjoy value for money".
Exhibiting at the conference were a number of Pirtek's major suppliers: Camozzi, Redashe, Fentex, Centre Tank Services, Datatag, Hydrotechnik & Jack Sealey. Pirtek's new van livery was also launched at the conference.
During Saturday a product based knowledge quiz, developed by the exhibiting suppliers, was held for the four winners of the Summer Mobile Sales & Service Technicians award. At the end of the quiz, the four participants competed head to head in racing simulators to establish the podium standings. The overall winner was Liam Abdullah from Pirtek Bristol - the runner up was John Osbourne from Pirtek Preston.
The conference concluded with the announcement of an exciting new competition for Pirtek's Centre Managers. A brand new Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec suddenly appeared at the rear of the conference room - the opportunity to win the car is the first prize next year much to the evident delight of the Centre Managers present.
