Pirtek UK (Ltd) raffles up a thousand pounds to the Lighthouse Club
Pirtek UK Ltd sponsors drivers Mike and Andrew Jordan who race for Team Eurotech in the BTCC. Throughout 2007, Pirtek ran raffle competitions at each round of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC). Over the year, Pirtek’s VIP guests raised over one thousand pounds trying to win one of Team Eurotech’s exclusive jackets.
The cheque was presented by Paul Dunlop, Pirtek Sales Director, to Tim Rodway, the Lighthouse Club¹s honorary treasurer at a Lighthouse Club Christmas Luncheon at the Drayton Park Golf Club, Oxfordshire.
The Lighthouse Club Benevolent Fund, through its country wide network of volunteer welfare officers, offers help to any worker/family working in, or associated with, the construction industry who is in financial difficulty due to accident or illness.
"We are delighted to continue our support of the Lighthouse Club and will have more opportunities to raise money during next season’s BTCC”, said Paul Dunlop.
