2010
BTCC again in Vauxhall Vectra but run by own Eurotech outfit (entered under Pirtek Racing banner). 10th overall with 2 race wins - the first of his career and also the first for the BTCC's new turbocharged NGTC engine. Also 7th in Independent Drivers standings. Was top privateer finisher twice during season.
2009 - BTCC
BTCC in factory VX Racing Vauxhall Vectra. 10th overall with best results of 2nd. Twice led races and at Donington Park made BTCC history by becoming the youngest ever driver to qualify on pole position. Also numerous class wins in Britsports with dad Mike in Ginetta G50. Plus class victory in ‘prototype’ Suzuki in one-ff MSA British Rallycross round at Lydden.
2008 - BTCC
BTCC in Eurotech/John Guest Racing Honda Integra. 13th overall with 2 outright podium finishes. Best result: 3rd. Also finished 6th in Independent Drivers' standings with 2 independent race wins.
2007 - Elf Renault Clio Cup
British Rallycross Supercar Champion. 3 victories outright and runner-up in championship overall. Also front-runner in BTCC-supporting Renault Clio Cup, with 1 pole position, 1 x 2nd. Won 1 of 6 exclusive places on UK governing body MSA’s Race Elite programme.
2006 - MSA British Rallycross Championship
British Rallycross. Became youngest driver in history to contest Supercar class in Ford Focus. 3rd overall with 2 wins – youngest winner on record (aged 17).
2005 - British Junior Rallycross Championship
British Junior Rallycross (all Minis). CHAMPION. Also won BTRDA & Super Series junior titles. Ginetta winter series CHAMPION as well.
2004 - BTRDA Junior Rallycross
BTRDA Junior Rallycros. CHAMPION. Also 4th in British Junior series (best new comer).
2003 - British Junior Rallycross Winter Series - Champion
Winter Junior Rallycross Championship – winner. Also took part in Ford Rally Academy (tuition; some competition).
After a works drive with triple-champions VX Racing in 2009, Andrew returns for his third season in the British Touring Car Championship for the Pirtek Racing team in 2010. The young star from Staffordshire became the youngest driver ever to take a pole position in the BTCC in 2009, and has so far notched up an impressive six podiums in the series to date.
Andrew Jordan made an impressive start in the BTCC in 2008, claiming 13th place in the Drivers' title, securing one overall BTCC podium and three Independents' podium finishes whilst driving for the family run Eurotech team. Andrew and father Mike Jordan made history in the 50th anniversary year of the BTCC as they became the first ever father and son driver pairing in the series. Andrew began his racing in Rallycross at the age of 14, where he secured championship titles in the British Junior Rallycross Championship, before being crowned Supercar Champion in 2007. He also competed in Elf Renault Clio Cup before making the move to touring cars in 2008.
