Pirtek backed VXRacing rides the storm for victory

Pirtek backed VX Racing took victory in the final race of Sunday’s HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship round at Croft Circuit, with Fabrizio Giovanardi taking his second win of the season. The British weather played a major part in the fortunes of the VX Racing team, with dry and hot conditions for the first two races not favouring the Vauxhalls, but late afternoon rain giving the drivers the grip levels they needed to run up front.

As well as having prime branding on the BTCC car of Andrew Jordan, Pirtek will now be represented on the works VXR Vauxhalls of Fabrizio Giovanardi and Matt Neal in the VXRacing team this season.

Further to the sponsorship of Andrew Jordan , the fastest rising star in the HiQ MSA British Touring Car Championship, Pirtek is delighted to announce that further branding has been negotiated across the whole team. This means that the reigning champion and a former champion will both carry Pirtek recognition on both their cars and racing overalls. In addition, the entire VXRacing team will have a Pirtek logo on their race shirts.
