Ellesmere Port Welcomes VIP Guest

With a busy trade counter area, it’s not unusual for the team at Pirtek Ellesmere Port to welcome customers into their premises. But customers do not generally bring with them an entourage of staff, security personnel and a phalanx of local and national press photographers.

All that changed recently, however, when the busy Centre played host to a visit by David Cameron MP, leader of the Conservative Party and (at the time of writing) a contender for the position of Prime Minister. With a General Election in just a few weeks’ time, Cameron was taking his election campaign message to a number of small to medium local businesses; and chose Pirtek Ellesmere Port as the site to give press interviews and to conduct a question and answer session with local businesspeople.
