Pirtek Racing Unveils New Clothing Line

Pirtek Racing, the new British Touring Car Championship team behind the Vauxhall Vectra driven by Andrew Jordan, has introduced a comprehensive new range of branded race clothing and merchandise. The merchandise is available via a new website that allows BTCC fans to purchase their chosen items online.
British Touring Car Championship fans can show their support for the BTCC’s newest team and its hottest star by sporting the new range of Pirtek Racing clothing and merchandise that is available now.
Comprising jackets, fleeces, shirts and t-shirts for both men and women together with a full line-up of unisex caps, hats and hoodies, the clothing range features the blue, red and yellow livery that is familiar to Pirtek customers and will soon be familiar to BTCC fans. This colour scheme, an integral part of the design of Andrew Jordan’s Vauxhall Vectra, is also featured on a range of merchandise that includes key rings, car air fresheners and a golf-style umbrella.
“The new clothing range is manufactured from the highest possible quality materials and is equally suitable trackside or as everyday wear,” says Pirtek UK business development director, Alistair Wiggins.
“I’d like to think that Andrew Jordan and Pirtek racing fans will wear these clothes at each of the 10 race meetings of the 2010 season but will also sport them happily to the supermarket.”
This is a view shared by driver and rising star Andrew Jordan. “As a company, Pirtek has a very strong brand identity that is reflected through the clothing worn by its personnel, the 90+ Hose Centres from which they operate, and the fleet of 400 Mobile Service Vehicles that provide the company’s renowned emergency on-site hose replacement service,” says Jordan. “The new Pirtek Racing clothing range reflects the brand values that Pirtek has established while also giving my name and number the prominence that will make my fans proud to wear it. I am already wearing several items from the clothing range and I look forward to seeing the Pirtek logo alongside my own 77 logo on t-shirts, jackets, hoodies and hats at tracks up and down the country.”
