Pirtek COMPOTEC MARINE Hoses
Specifically designed for the rigours of the marine industry, Pirtek offers hoses for the transfer of chemicals and oils under suction or pressure. All hoses are 100% aromatic resistant, antistatic and can be used for suction and discharge.

Oil Marine 808 is for the transfer of a wide variety of hydrocarbon conveyants. As with the entire COMPOTEC MARINE range it can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C.

Chem Marine 707 is used for the transfer of chemicals either ship to shore, ship to ship, dockside or for general onboard use.

PTFE Marine 330 has been developed as a universal hose for a wide variety of chemicals. It has gained type approval certificates from Det Norske Veritas and Italian Register of Navy.

All three hoses comply with B.S. 5842 : 1980

Pirtek Pressure Test Equipment
Pirtek’s test equipment, including Minimess, HSP test points, micro bore hose and associated instrumentation, represents some of the most advanced technology on the market.

For any marine businesses needing to use, service or repair machinery using hydraulics, these instruments enable more efficient operation. The test points allow simple connection and easy access to the hydraulic system while under a pressure of up to 630 bar. The pressure test points can be placed at strategic locations throughout the hydraulic system to gather critical measurement data. Pressure gauges can then be connected to the system to take readings at multiple locations, eradicating the need for permanently installed gauges.

Stainless Steel Swage Fittings
Pirtek’s range of stainless steel fittings has been carefully tailored to meet a wide variety of requirements. All fittings are manufactured to the highest possible standards to ensure that each is matched perfectly to the extensive range of hoses. The range of swept elbow fittings are manufactured from a one piece design without welded joints. All Pirtek fittings are designed in accordance with B.S 5200, SAEJ514, NCB174, including DIN standards.

Pirtek Tube & Pipe Supports
Pirtek offers a comprehensive range designed to meet practical mounting needs of single or large networks of tubes and pipes. Materials used for the manufacture of the supports vary according to the application and include polypropylene for temperatures up to 90°C and aluminium for operating temperatures up to 400°C.

Low fitting costs combined with the vast range of clamping combinations make these tube and pipe supports and essential element for marine installations.
