The ideal candidate will support a pre determined number of centres, handling enquiries, orders, stock, products (core & noncore) and delivery queries. You will be expected to liaise both with the centres and the SDM, s so that all requests are dealt with within the KPI’s.
You will work in a team environment, must be motivated, positive and focussed on providing a reliable and consistent service at all times. Ideally you will have knowledge of the Pneumatics industry and or come from an engineering background.
Experience in using MS office 2003 or later and also a modular-based database system would be preferred, however training will be provided.
